Rambert Grades was founded by two of the world’s leading contemporary dance organisations: Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and Rambert Company.

The organisations share a joint heritage of over 100 years of developing professional dance artists of unique quality and excellence. This history provides an extraordinary foundation for the development of a new benchmark in contemporary dance education and training.

Rambert Grades provide students of all backgrounds with the skills and kmnowledge to thrive in contemporary dance.

We hold Rambert Contemporary lessons on Tuesdays with York's only Rambert qualified teacher Alison Tranter.
